[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1631104821154{padding-right: 80px !important;padding-left: 80px !important;}”]We are looking for a Business Development Trainee that is a hunter and a proven closer, AND fits our culture. We are in the process of implementing a great Customer Resource Management (CRM) system (Salesforce) that is very helpful in identifying new clients and managing the prospecting process. We require a fresh graduate with natural sales skills and who can operate in an analytical manner using our CRM platform and prospecting information software to identify and pursue leads. The successful candidate will work remotely from the office in Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria. Candidates must have strong computer skills and excellent oral and written communication capability. The position includes contacting prospective customers, pursuing and negotiating contracts and high level of account management.   • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective opportunities with training and consulting clients;
  • Develop new business via outbound prospecting efforts like referrals/networking, telephone, email and social media (LinkedIn);
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to schedule, manage and record activity, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached;
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM for scheduling, future tasks, and plan strategies;
  • Ability to identify qualified potential prospects and key buying decision makers or influencers;
  • Completing request for proposals (RFPs) for qualified opportunities;
  • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SME) for meetings with qualified leads.
  • Regularly follow up on leads and maintain key relationships;
  • Contribute ideas through structured feedback for continual improvement;
  • Ability to maintain and support existing client and new business relationships;
  • Be accountable for weekly and monthly prospecting activity reports;
  • Active participation in sales meetings
